From 10 December 2026, Australian privacy law requires businesses to disclose when a computer program makes, or substantially helps make, decisions that significantly affect people. If you use AI to screen applicants, tenants or claims, your policy likely needs updating. I'll tell you plainly whether it applies to you — and point you to a privacy lawyer for the wording.
